BakeSwap is a unique concept for a website that provides a platform for parents to connect, bake once and offer their children (or their husband/wife/partner for that matter) a wide variety of healthy, homemade treats for the week. The website includes user accounts, advertising space, promotions, competitions, how to videos, recipes, articles, social integration and more. The layout was carefully designed to enhance usability and create a visual hierarchy of elements to guide visitors through the site.
The website BakeSwap has been grabbing the attention of busy parents across the country, who want to give their kids nutritious snacks throughout the week. Featured across radio, TV, newspapers and online publications, it seems parents are loving BakeSwap and are keen to fill lunch boxes with plenty of healthy alternatives.
Users can go to the website, create a ‘circle’, bake and swap yummy treats with others they know and trust. Watch more here:
BakeSwap came to us with a logo and a passionate vision for improving the quality of food being dished out to Australian kids. Our designers were tasked with creating UI elements and icons that were going to make this feature-rich website easy-to-navigate and enjoyable to use.
