Buzinga, the Melbourne-based mobile software development startup has gone into liquidation.
The company had big aspirations to become Australia’s best workplace by 2017, expanding it’s office to include new collaboration spaces and the popular ‘we’re a startup’ piece of furniture, a ping pong table.
With an admirable mission, a solid portfolio and a team of talented Aussies on the books, it is sad to see the fellow app company close it’s doors.
Business Insider has confirmed with liquidator BK Taylor & Co that the company entered liquidation last week and is no longer operating.
“At the moment we’re looking at selling off the business and the company’s assets. We’ve put in a [sale] ad in the [Australian] Financial Review for tomorrow,” BK Taylor & Co spokesperson Chris Murray told Business Insider.
The vultures have already started circling, with competitor app companies in Victoria bidding on ‘Buzinga’ all over Google. On that note – we unashamedly, yet with complete sincerity, are also available to assist any Buzinga clients who have been left in the lurch.
